Online Personal  Training

Millennium Trainer offers clients that are local, national and international the ability to work with a live personal trainer at an extremely reasonable rate.  
Your graphics combined with the instructions help the client have a full understanding of what the trainer requests from the online client to perform the exercise correctly. Along with that the other features that the online training software offers us the ability to create an absolute custom work out for any client.

 In home:

         The team of MillenniumTrainer will come directly to the clients home and help each client establish a layout for an in home gym setting with gym grade equipment.

         If the client has a pre-established gym, the team of Millennium Trainer can make all the arrangements needed to train on the premises.

   Sessions are set up by appointment. Custom programs will be designed to the needs of General Fitness Training, Exercise Therapy, Sport Conditioning, Pre & Post Natal, Functional Fitness Training, Aerobic / Strength Fitness and much more.  Available sessions are 45 minutes and 1 hour for 1 on 1 clients or 2 on 1 clients. Contact us today if you have any questions or for the next available appointment.

Attention Resident clients:

ALL Millennium Trainer Field Staff are assigned:

       Individual Business Cards with profile picture

       Official ID tag on Display at all times

       Official MT apparel


These items are to be on the field staff’s person at all times and available upon request. This is strictly enforced to protect the client. At any point alterations are made to the list, the changes will be made to the web sites and the active clients will receive an email directly from Millennium Trainer. Flexion Session

The importance of Stretching:

 There are a multiple number of ways to stretch, such as Static, Dynamic, Passive and Functional Stretching.  Flexibility has a wide range of benefits for wellness and sport performance. Good flexion may help prevent soft tissue injuries. Enhance joint function, and make sport related movements a lot easier. With that Millennium Trainer is offering sessions to help those with limited Range of motion due to muscle tightness, soreness, or a simple education on how to build Range of Motion. We have decided to dedicate time to you for just increasing your muscle flexion and Range of Motion. Available in 30 minute and 45 minute sessions
